Mohali IT City’s journey began with a vision to create a cutting-edge IT hub in Punjab. Over the past three years, significant progress has been made:
Infrastructure Development: Approximately 70 plots have been allotted, with 18 companies already operational and 25 more under construction. Over 50 lakh sq. ft. of space is being developed, featuring world-class office spaces and essential amenities.
Economic Impact: IT companies have invested over INR 2,000 crores, with an additional INR 3,000 crores in the pipeline. This growth is stimulating the local economy and creating thousands of jobs.
Innovation Hub: With two neighboring universities offering advanced technology courses, the IT City fosters a dynamic ecosystem that supports innovation and industry-academia collaboration.
