Mohali IT City IT Companies Association appointed Manipal Dhariwal as the President.

Mohali IT City, a world-class technology hub in Punjab, has appointed a new governing body to drive its vision of becoming a global innovation leader.

Leading the charge is Manipal Dhariwal, the new President of the Mohali IT City IT Companies Association and co-founder of Netsmartz Group. Dhariwal, a Punjab native returning to his roots, brings his extensive IT experience and a passionate commitment to the region’s growth.

Spreading across 400 acres, Mohali IT City provides a conducive environment for startups, established businesses, and research institutions to collaborate and innovate, with Amity and Plaksha Universities already operating.

With a strategic focus on cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, and biotech, the association is set on a mission to revolutionize the region into a dynamic hub of innovation, attracting global attention and investment.

The city is rapidly developing iconic landmarks like the Twin Towers, the tallest IT building in the area. IT companies have already invested around 2500 crore, and the association is committed to attracting further investment.

“Being Punjabi by heart, I returned to India and invested nearly 500 cr in Mohali IT City alone. My vision is to make Mohali IT City a Gateway to Punjab by developing it with beautiful landscapes and iconic buildings,” said Dhariwal.
